Absolute excellence of skills are essential for any student towards navigating, attaining and addressing the emerging challenges in education of 21st century that coupled with modern global competitiveness. But there is a concern about how students in India are doing in enrichment of their skills compared to students of developed nations and what this means for them successfully participation in today's globalized economy.

We must ensure that our children as student have the unique opportunity to learn and enhance the skills they need successfully that recognize and rewarded their brilliance. There are efforts attempting to address this situation through schools, but students get to spend less than 20% of time in a classroom for this purpose. We need an 'All Hands on Deck' approach to meet this challenge.
